Leon Rochen Scholarship Fund
Matching Campaign
HELP US REACH OUR GOAL!
HCAFP is matching dollar for dollar all donations made to the Leon Rochen Scholarship Fund.
The scholarship was established to honor Mr. Rochen’s 31 years of service and dedication to the our community.
Mr. Rochen was the Academy’s executive vice president until his retirement in May 2024. He passed away in November 2024.
We are now accepting nominations for the 2026 HCAFP Board of Directors. Board meetings
are held quarterly at 6:30pm.
Interested physicians should complete and submit this form to admin@hcafp.org. Self nominations are welcome.
